Desiccated coconut is de-shelled, pared, washed, milled, blanched, dried, sifted and hygienically packed meat of fresh and mature fruit of coconut. The cut-size we offers is extra fine. The taste is mild and sweet characteristics of coconut, free of foreign flavours and odours. The colour is white, free from yellow specks or other discolorations.
